One of the owners, Sean, spent some time talking me through how to brew Kombucha at home also. Will definitely come back here with my newly purchased growler.

::The couple that owns this business are very knowledgable of the Kombucha process and their "brews" are all unique and very affordable. I have never really been a fan of kombucha because everything I tried before tasted really acidic like vinegar, but they have convinced me that Kombucha can taste good.

::Oh my! This kombucha bar is exactly what I was looking for. I love their lunch special. Everything tap I have tried so far has been amazing. My only problem is that they are open Thursday-Saturday- my busiest days. I need my Growler filled! Hoping this place opens 7 days a week soon!

::Great service. As a Kombucha lover I could not be happier to have a taproom in KC. They offer flights, pours to enjoy there + bottles & growlers to go. They even have snacks & food items in the cold case from another local spot, Ad Astra Market. A wonderful, charming space with a great vibe.
