This was a lovely unique dining experience. Food was delicious and the staff was extremely attentive. The ambiance was quaint and inviting. We went on a date night there but would recommend for any experience. If Rum is your Jam this is your spot. Extensive specially Rum drink menu all paired with the dishes.

A rum bar and upscale Jamaican restaurant, this was a good experience. Cons: -Small venue that was popular; reservations highly recommended if you want a table -Noisy! There is no real sound dampening. At half full it was difficult to converse. When full, it was implausible. I recommend reserving an outdoor table if the weather permits. Pros: -Excellent food with good plating, balance of flavors, and focus on sourcing. -Excellent drinks and cocktails. Don't bother with beer or wine and order a mixed drink. -Friendly, attentive, and polite service.

The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because the food is lacking. The ingredients are quality, but I feel like a lot of it is jerk seasoned and presented as gourmet without much of a real variety. They had this pork belly and guava dish that was to die for but they took it off the menu. Other than that, just spicy for no reason at all, which (I heard from a native Jamaican) is how it is in Jamaica - very bland and spicy for no apparent reason. Other than that.. The other 4 stars comes from 3 things: the service, the vibe, and the cocktails. 1. The service - all cool people dressed to the hilt who take your considerations seriously and will provide you with an awesome experience and appropriate suggestions. 2. The vibe - modern, yet very chill. The indoor is low volume, low lighting created for intimacy, both indoors and out. The patio has wood, metal, water, plants, and doubles as a cigar lounge (which they also sell). 3. The cocktails - signature libations made just for you at very reasonable $10 a pop. They're incredible to say the least. All made with local, fresh ingredients stemming from the foundation of about 115 different rums to choose from! The bottom line: visit this beautiful place, experience the poised and elegant services, try the food and form your own opinion, and definitely grab a drink because they are absolutely fantastic here. Rum drinker or not, this place will expose you to something wonderful. And then when you are all done, grab yourself a cigar and go full boss mode!

Honestly, didn't know what to expect because a friend brought me here. The place looks small from the outside but ends up having multiple rooms for dining - including an outside patio. My favorite part of the restaurant is that every part of it is local or sustainable. The food is just the icing on the cake. It is seriously some of the best food I have ever had. Right down to the garnished vegetables, it was delicious. This would be a great place to bring a date or really nice dinner. I wish I could give it more stars. Can't wait to come back!

This was our first time here. My aunt took me out to dinner before the Lana Del Rey concert a celebration for my birthday and Christmas gift. We had many restaurants to choose from. When I saw this place on Google search the pictures got us. The ambiance is so quite and we sat outside beautiful weather. Our waiter was nice and very knowledgeable on Jamaican food. We started with small plates/ appetizers I wish they were bigger portions because the scallops were amazing. Jerk chicken salad was great wish just a bit more flavor. Overall excellent.
