    The cons: Reasons for the hits of the stars is 1) STRONG LACK OF COMMUNICATION and 2) NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH FLOWER DESIGN for guest tables & TABLE LINEN COLOR as discussed at initial consultation appointment. 3) NO communication close to the wedding or after the wedding The bridal bouquet was on point as well as any flower and arrangements needed for the actual ceremony - this is why I am rating them with as many stars. After the contract phase, I feel like were were almost forgotten. If I could go back in time I would have chosen a different vendor. It was stressful not getting responses back in a timely manner, understandably within a few days. Instead 2 weeks would go by with no response to emails. This happened on more than one occasion. I was instead eventually given a small discount for their lack of responsiveness. As for the reception, I was disappointed. The day of the wedding, linens were the wrong color and it was not discussed with me in advanced that they would be sub-ing it for a different color. Arrangement on the guest tables were missing an element of foliage as described in the written and signed contract, which did not give the look we were aiming for. I also remember discussing a 2nd type of flower other than hydrangeas for the guest table but I guess Kathy didn't write that part down during the consultation- I'll take fault for that, I didn't catch it while reviewing the contract proposal before I signed it. Since a large portion of the budget went towards table flowers I felt that I was up-sold in person but under-delivered. If it's in the contract, it should be followed through per instructions or refunded for what is missing. Nothing has been rectified. I tried reaching out to the company after the wedding to discuss our concerns. Again no response. Surprise. So therefore Kathy and Stephen deserve a mediocore rating at best. To be honest, any business that doesn't respond to customers should truly deserve 0 stars. I am not someone who normally writes negative reviews, this is why I waited a while before posting a review. But now that time has passed, my feelings haven't changed. I think they should improve their business ways.

    The Bloom Room was an absolute joy to work with. They were willing to give me the exact roses I wanted, in the configuration I wanted, and even helped me make a few adjustments to ensure they were as beautiful as possible. Steven specifically communicated with my fiance and I to ensure we were always up to date on the status of our order, and even came in on a Saturday to meet with us before our wedding. They delivered breathtaking bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages, all of which coordinated wonderfully, and none of which had a petal out of place. They were kind, hospitable, and their craftsmanship is top-notch. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a florist that will deliver exactly what you want, while also being kind, affordable, and talented!

    Well where do I even begin. In the beginning Stephen and Kathy are really nice and would spend time to get to know your vision for the wedding. I spent probably 3 hours with them in the beginning just to make sure they understand what I want. They documented every detail and I sent them pictures of what I want. Well, several things went wrong on my wedding date: 1. I never got my bridal bouquet. The bouquet I held for the most important day of my life was a toss bouquet. I spent 140 for something I never got! 2. I specifically requested that solid blue hydrangea, and it is the first line in the invoice. But guess what kind of hydrangea I got for my wedding? Not solid blue. 3. I tried to call Stephen on my wedding day for like 5 times, and left message each time. But guess what, no call back. But they will send you messages complaining about my venue. I sent my venue contact to them before the wedding and the wise thing to do is definitely to contact the venue rather than complaining to the bride. 4. No explanation what so ever. I waited for almost 2 weeks just to see if you will get back to me. Well they didn't. Not after my voice mail and message complaining how they ruined my wedding.
