  I would rate zero stars.. Bought my car 2011 Chevy from biglots back in 2017 haven’t had my car a year a whole year. It was a really nice car so I thought it only had 60.000 miles on it! Which wasn’t bad for the year of the car...fast forward to November 2017 now I need a transmission car had been running good no warnings no check engine light nothing! ...DONT BUY FROM HERE THE CARS ARE JUNK AND ALL THEY CARE ABT IS YOUR MONEY! Now I have to file bankruptcy because I refuse to pay on a car I can’t drive! Also I’ve never missed a payment and I’m still waiting till this day for a reply from the car lot!! So far NOTHING I’m jus gonna go file bankruptcy and throw this POS car on it!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

  Thank you dave and jeff for helping us get the 2013 gmc terrain. We love it! We were in and out in 1 hour. The salesman was truthful and so helpful!

  I gotta say it's been hell ever since going here. So my girlfriend and myself go and speak to what ended up being several different salesman one day and we did all the paperwork and they ran everything through and told us we "would need $500 for down payment before we can get u in a vehicle". That was all I needed to know. I said thanks and I would be back tomorrow with the money. I go home and sale my one running vehicle I have to get the money for down payment. When I went in the next morning after paying a cab $40 for a ride I'm looking through the lot to get an idea what I want. I go inside and none of the people that I spoke to the day before were there. I know a few of the people that were there saw me the day before but we didn't speak. None of it mattered however because they now we're saying I needed $1000 down. What? Oh wow. Thanks for nothing guys. I've played hell with no vehicle ever since. How do u people sleep at night????

  It’s a great place to get a car. Very friendly environment. Got my car in August 2017; it was in very great condition.

  Buyer beware!! I had no prior credit history being 21 and this was my first car I purchased. I put $10,000 down on a $18,000 2011 Honda Accord. Made the rest in payments. Well when I went to pick it up the next day I noticed a small dent on the side that wasn't there before. Anyways I kept the car because it was something minor. Made all my payments on time and finally paid it off this past week. I kept trying to call to set up a time to go in so they could take the lean device off. They always put me on hold for more than 10 minutes but when I called to make a payment they were quick to answer! Finally I called just to say I needed to make a payment, sure enough they get on the phone and made an excuse saying they were just about to call me for my inquiry. Yeah sure. Well I set up an appointment today for 1 PM. They lady tells me it'll be done in about 20 min. An hour passes I ask about my car because I have to be somewhere at 2. She says hold on I don't really know. Then tells me they're waiting on someone to come back from lunch. What the hell! What's the point of an appointment then!? Anyways I'm irritated about to go off, finally at 2:30 they bring me my keys. Not worth the time or effort on buying a car from them. They are rude and unprofessional. But if this is your only option due to no credit then beware and make sure you research on the car and price! Also there are two huge holes where they took the device off and smelled like they smoked a cigarette in my car! Horrible place! UPDATE: They only report to Equifax credit bureau and not all 3.
