  Bought 2 bikes here a few months ago. Employees were very helpful. Allowed us to test several bikes. Helped us fit a bike rack onto our car. Excellent!

  Truly great place for a bike purchase. Especially in my case for getting an upgrade for my daughter. The staff is helpful, supportive, and patient.

  Took my old bike with here a few months ago and received a minor patch up that would fix the bike's wheel issues until I decided on whether I wanted a new bike ornot. Went recently to look at a new bike and I was given solid advice on what style would be best for me and my needs. Like that no one hovered while I looked. I was able to take out some bikes for test rides around the lot. I'll be back for the bike and some accessories another time. Shop prices are on par with manufacturer/online prices and though the mechanic prices seem high I'm confident with the level of care and competency based on what I saw.

  My wife and I had not ridden bicycles in over 25 years, and were starting from scratch. We walked into the store not knowing where to begin and met Howard, who was extremely helpful and courteous. He took his time showing us what we needed to get started and we left knowing exactly what to do. After getting a hitch installed on our car, we returned and met Matt, who walked us through getting our bike rack set up and helped us in selecting the perfect bikes for our needs. He was also very courteous and professional, never rushing and taking his time answering all our questions. The next day, we were riding the trail at Bethpage State Park with our kids! We love this place. Staff is awesome, and it will be our go to spot from now on. We highly recommend it!

  Friendly and helpful staff in a great space. Howard was great in helping my husband and my two older girls get all set up for their first real bikes. He even was able to set up a balance bike for my youngest to use. Really personable and so very pleased with our experience. Best part... we left the shop and straight to the park and by the end they were all super excited to be able to ride on their own.
