  Very good customer service. We order two mid price range bikes made by a manufacturer that is not usually discounted . Barry honored his fourth of July discount and took $40 off each bike. He ordered them in on a Saturday and said thy should be ready that Thursday . Thursday I received a call that they were ready. Saturday when we picked them up Barry discounted a few accessories , installed them with no labor charge , checked out and adjusted the bikes for us . An excellent experience

  I have purchased 2 Jamis bikes from here over the past few months. I love these bikes. I found customer service here very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Their prices are reasonable, they go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy with your purchase. I highly recommend The Bicycle II!
