::I had the pleasure of meeting Yaharia and Amanda on site at a photo shoot in Tampa, Florida in March. They immediately put me at ease. I felt totally comfortable in their capable hands as they transformed me from normal everyday me to a Queen for a day. It was a fantastic experience! Their skills in my transformation were key to some great photos by Audra Oden Photography! I cannot give them enough stars here compared to how they made me feel!

::so disappointed. never left a salon so annoyed in my life. Went here with groupon. This could be the reason i was treated they way i was but im not sure. Sat in a waiting area where my hair was colored. not even in the regular area with the stylists/mirrors. weird but not a big deal. the color that was put in my roots, shouldn't have been put there since my roots took to color very different than the rest of my hair. ok, i can deal with that. What is unacceptable is this was the dead of winter and they refused to blow dry the water out of my hair. the shampoo guy had told me they would get someone to do this, but i guess he went an checked and they said NO. so i walked out with WET HAIR. they couldn't care less. the real cherry on top was the colorist who did my hair was too busy with her next client to even CHECK ON HER WORK until i was slipping her TIP in her pocket asking me how i liked it. How can i even tell? my hat was soaking wet. she not once came to check on me. As other reviewers mentioned, i have a real problem with salons milking the money from customers to get a blow dry. I've been to places before that charged for a blow dry. when you dont purchase it, they at least quickly dry your hair a bit so the water is out, and they can see how the color came out. like i said, they couldn't care less. will never be back.
