  I've had an excellent experience with the showroom. They have been responsive, helpful, and I've experienced no back-order issues.

  Customer service is not good. We ordered several thousand dollars worth of plumbing fixtures for a bath remodel. We made the incorrect assumption that items were in stock since we discussed our project with their sales rep. Later discovered it would take months to complete our request. Even the long lead time was delayed again. No phone calls. No follow ups. No apologies. No return phone calls. They got their money, so they were done. Would I recommend? Absolutely not.

  They don't care about walk in customers...didn't get a single hello or how can we help and the store was FULL of employees. Glad there are other stores willing to give me good customer service and I don't mind paying higher prices just for that!!
