  Bar is a great all around workout for both mind and body . All the instructors and front desk personnel are kind, welcoming and genuinely concerned with guiding you on a fantastic voyage of health and well being ❤️ !!! I started Bar last year to prepare for extensive foot and ankle reconstruction. After an 8 month recovery, I am now back full force and I love it !! These classes have been life changing for me . I am forever grateful to Shirley and her amazing instructors as I continue this journey.

  Love The Bar Method Englewood!! The teachers make it a point to learn client's names, offer individual postural cues, and the classes are challenging, different within each class. The studio is beautifully maintained too. If you haven't visited and are looking to gain muscle tone - I would highly recommend it!

  The best low impact workout with amazing results. Selection of class times are outstanding as well as the high quality of teaching! A must try!

  I am in love! I've never done any class that I enjoyed and worked! I've seen a big change in my body and have become much more flexible! The teachers are awesome! They also offer childcare in the Closter store. This makes my life so much easier! I can bring my daughter to play while I work out! Love love love
