  The bar method is an amazing experience I'm in awe. It keeps me focused and present. My posture, strength, flexibility and confidence all have skyrocketed. The results are ridiculous in just a few classes i see definition EVERYWHERE.. .Staff are super helpful and instructors really know their stuff. Take mental notes and listen carfully these instructors are fierce and lead the way.

  Beautiful studio and great teachers! This is a great workout if you're looking to tone the entire body. I love Bar Method over other Barre studios because you work every part of the body and you are never bored.

  For starters, classes are held in a stunningly beautiful and spacious studio with “Williamsburg Cool” industrial details - high ceilings with exposed brick and metal work. All of the instructors are excellent, friendly and zealous about making sure you get the most out of each class. They are with you every step of the way, pushing and motivating you to achieve your personal best, while having fun. I love the vibe from all of the staff, and the owner is a total class act. Come check it out!

  The studio is top notch. Super clean, the bathroom offers feminine products, deodorant and hair ties in case you forgot. The class itself in one word AMAZING. Total body workout

  Beautiful space, friendly staff and great classes. I've tried other studios in the neighborhood and sets The Bar Method apart is the instructors. They are very knowledgeable, take the time to know you by name and give lots of individual attention during classes.
