  Love love love this place! The best instruction and friendliest studio I have ever seen! There are no words to describe how fantastic the owner are. They create the most wonderful atmosphere, are professional and knowledgeable and best of all - this program makes a difference!

  The Bar Method Darien is a excellent place to workout if you want to strengthen your core and improve your posture. I joined shortly after they opened and go 4 times a week. I have gotten so much stronger, and walk taller. The staff is excellent with a hands on approach to make sure your are in the correct position so you do not hurt yourself. I cannot say enough good things about this location. If you are reading this come try a class, it is for all ages young and older!

  I have been taking classes at Bar Method Darien since December of 2016. I had not taken group classes before—having had personal trainers—but, love the energy and comradeship of the group. However, what makes it a superior exercise experience, is the knowledge and attention to detail shown by the instructors and the friendliness of not only the instructors, but all the staff.

  Bar method is just about the only thing that I will get my self in gear for at 5 AM. I have been a Bar fan for 10 + years and was thrilled when they opened in Darien. The instructors are focused solely on the students getting the most from class in an effective and safe way. Bar method is a great workout that I am totally addicted to. The studio is beautiful, the teachers are great - what more can I say- meet me st the Bar!

  Saying "yes" to change is easy; following through with the "yes" can be hard. The Bar Method teachers make it easy for me to follow through with taking classes. They all exude a sense of warmth and joy and professionalism. I have confidence in their training. They are tuned into students' bodies and adjust us so we are in proper form/position. This attention is welcome! There are so many classes to choose from throughout the day and into the evening. Women of all ages, shapes and sizes attend classes. Bottom line, it is challenging (you see results) and FUN!
