  Chris and the staff are so helpful in explaining the issue with the car, and they do a great job in getting it repaired in a timely matter. I trust these guys with repairing my car! Thanks for all you do!

  We go to Auto Doc for most of our vehicle needs, from general maintenance to large fixes. We have had two different 4runners during our stay in HTX (thanks Harvey), and we have trusted them with both. We get thorough evaluations, straight forward price estimates (tax & labor included), and timely service. I never feel pressure to get things done that are not completely necessary, and I can say that this is not the case in most garages I’ve experienced. Ultimately, trust and quality are the most important things to me as a costumer and I have never had a complaint.

  Timely, secure, but very expensive. Over a grand for complete fluid change was a bit pricey, but I went with it based on all these positive reviews I read here. Then I very nearly paid the Auto Doc $1100 for a crankshaft sensor vs. the $425 I just paid at McCall Toyota. If it had not been for a very good adviser at McCall I'd have lost a lot of money on this one simple repair. As will everything, go into business transactions with your eyes wide open, especially garages.

  what solid guys. I have used a lot of shops in Houston, but whenever I go here I feel that I get solid service, really honest answers, and a fair price. thanks for being communicate, friendly, clean, and professional. I don't normally write reviews..

  Work completed, just not in the promised timeframe. My steering gear and ball joints needed to be replaced. I took it here because I had done business with them before. They quoted me a price that was ~$200 higher than another shop I had reached out to. I decided to do the work at Auto Doc because they said they could fix it that day and I had some important work meetings I had to attend the next day. 5pm rolls around and they call me to tell me the car is ready, great! When I get to the shop, not only is the car not ready (still needs to be aligned), but they tell me it will take an extra 3hrs of work to finish. Fine. Next day I come in at 7:30am, exactly when they open. 5hrs later, I get the car back. Minus three stars for not keeping your commitment when explicitly asked if you could finish the job in one day. I will not be giving you my business again.
