  I had a problem at the store with pricing. I wrote to the customer service department over a week ago. I am still to hear from them.

  Ozzie is truly a master barber. His attention to detail with a straight razor and beard sculpting is 2nd to none. Definitely a 5 Star experience.

  The staff here is extremely nice, and very knowledgeable of their products. I went here a year ago to indulge and buy my first set of safety razor supplies. Recently, I returned for an exchange that I organized through customer service (I misused my brush and it was getting worn), and I can vouch that the store is still in good order. I've never gotten a shave or haircut in the store, but I like their fancy selection of products, and will most likely be using them again when I upgrade to a straight razor in the future.

  The prices are on the high side, but the service is incredible and the shave spa is otherworldly. I opted for the royal shave after a full no shave November beard had invaded my face. The barber was very skilled and kept me from freaking out while a razor was against my jugular. The various oils and moisturizers applied were also great and kept me from getting razor burn. The straight razor was also great and gave me the closest shave of my life. The whole procedure took about 40 minutes and was very relaxing. The only issue is that at this location, you are basically sitting out in the middle of the mall. You don't notice the people walking by and watching, but you will later. The price was on the high side, but for an indulgence, I highly recommend it.
