We love the Arcade. It is just an all out beautiful building. Small shops and restaurants. It's part of the Hyatt which we also rated 5 stars for rooms and service. It's just relaxing and cool to watch the wedding receptions and gatherings they have on the main floor.

Where do I begin with the Arcade! This is one of the loveliest buildings I've ever seen in Cleveland, and probably over all. The history with this building is lovely. It's somewhere you can go year around and still enjoy the sun in Cleveland. I love how bright it is, and all the little shops inside. Also I enjoy the fact they leave the arcade open even when most shops are closed inside, I was up in Cleveland walking and it was so cold and snowy. I was able to warn up a bit in here even thought the shops were closed

Pulled up to valet and watch the attendant valet the car in front of me and behind me, waited around 5 more minutes after he took care of them and never came to us. The attendant took care of another vehicle and bypassed us like we were not even there. Guess my mini van was not valet worthy. Ended up having to just park myself which kinda sucked. Wanted a hassle free 2 days for my wife and me and from my start it was everything but that. Nice rooms, just my valet issue and being over charged at check in will keep me from ever staying here again.

This arcade is inside Hyatt Regency in Cleveland downtown. When I entered into the arcade, the ambience was just wow.. it seemed that I had entered into some palace. So nicely decorated.. There were few shops and restaurants..We went to Chocolate bar .. Must visit for atleast once ...

Went on a Monday and most everything was closed. The location was beautiful and attached to a hotel. Many of the business fronts seemed to not even be occupied. It looked like a wonderful location that is not being used even close to its potential.
