  I finally experienced this club for the first time in June, 2017 and am proud to say I will NEVER be going back! First off, what kind of "professional business" can get away with not having any accurate contact information online? Both their official website and Facebook page provide phone numbers that are either disconnected or go straight to voice mail (which subsequently has no voice mail set up)?!?!?! To fill you in, I had lost something at their club and simply just wanted to ask them about their lost & found. I was finally able to leave a voice mail on some number but after waiting a week and continuing to call during their business hours, no one ever answered or called back. That was mind-blowing and baffling to me! I questioned whether I was being too harsh since they may just be "busy" but then again, having accurate business information online is pretty much common sense, Business 101, right?! Needless to say, I put that huge frustration behind me and decided to go down in person. Turns out I was faced with even more poor customer service! The alleged "assistant manager" was waiting downstairs and when I approached him to kindly ask about something I had lost there, he barely acknowledged me and showed no interest in even interacting with me (a customer!). He smugly and condescendingly said, "No, we don't have any lost and found here" (which immediately lead me to think their employees must "pocket" everything they find since there's no way a business has never had to recover any lost items before). Despite me asking him nicely and looking concerned, he neither offered me any sympathy nor shown any care whatsoever in remedying the situation (another huge business flaw). I'm not saying that he had to offer sympathy or had to recover my bracelet, but any employee, let alone, "assistant manager" should know they have to act more politely and professionally with their customers. Even before asking my friend (who was with me) what she thought, she immediately noticed and pointed out how rude this man was. What did I do to be treated this way? Despite this seeming like an insignificant matter, the bottom line is that they will never receive any of my business and will make sure to spread the word how unprofessional they are. My only hope with this review is for them to realize how important customer service is and for them to reconsider who they decide to hire as their employees/management officials are the ones who dictate a company's success. Taking that statement into consideration, it looks like the "new H2O/Aquadec" club has a very grim and bleak future.

  I have been there on two "slow" days and still have loved it. I got to chat with two different bartenders as well, and it was great. I love the aquarium and the outside area. The VIP area I think is way cool too! I plan on going more often!

  Greatest club out in Tucson. Fabulous quality all-around.
