  I’ve been going to Poller Dental for years. Called yesterday for an urgent appointment they got me in today. The lady at the front was very helpful from my personal experience. Dr. Lee made me feel very comfortable even when the tears started to roll😂 She played music as she worked on my teeth to relax me & she and her assistant seemed to work well together. I no longer live near the office & opted to travel over an hour today just to come to this office which says a lot! Thank you guys 😀

  I have called the office a few times in the past several weeks and I am not sure if I spoke with the same representative but I would get a different answer each call. I decided to simply go to the office myself to make an appointment after work. I arrived at the office at 6:25PM but it was closed. After I googled the office hours and it states the office closes at 7PM. The following day I made an appointment over the phone and I was expected to see the doctor three weeks following. After two weeks, I called to confirm the day and time of my appointment, I was told I had no appointment. THIS office needs to get their employees trained because this was ridiculous!

  The past few months I've been a patient of Dr. Khodak and I must admit I was a little nervous at my first appointment but she's great! Very nice, patient and professional. Made me feel comfortable and willing to explain the procedure. I will definitely continue to be her patient and you should pick her too.

  I had an amazing experience at this dental office. It was quick and on time. All personal was very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to the Dr. Yuliya Khodak, who was very professional and attentive. She found some problems that have to be fixed asap and my previous fancy dentist didn't even mention. Once again thank you! Highly recommend to make it your dental office!

  My experience with Dr. Khodak at Poller Dental has been fantastic ! Very professional, very attentive. Very warm and caring. She has the resources and network necessary to attend to most any problem. Excellent chair side manor. The hygienists (Jackie) are very warm and professional too. They will make you comfortable during your visit. Highly recommended !
