  "Technians" show up at 8:00pm just in the nick of time. Have no idea how to fix the dryer, charge me $90 anyway. Got a call from them today and refunded the fee. Much appreciated.

  The appliance tech, Michael was very considerate from the very start, asking if he should take off his shoes to walk through my house. His demeanor was friendly but formal. While at the kitchen, he listened to me as I gave him a little history on the unit. He proceeded carefully to move the unit from the cabinet by first unscrewing the bottom front cover, then moving the unit until he could get in the backside. He asked about the sound the unit was making, and we discussed it, having had the unit for 15 years I knew what it sounded like. Then he proceeded to unscrew the backside and told me the fan was working well, but the compressor was dead and advised that I should dispose of the unit instead of having it fixed. He put the unit back and advised me on which brands to look for in terms of their construction, durability, and style. I would recommend this service and this tech highly.

  Absolutely love this company. Each person who helped us from Dave to Joe our installer couldn't have been more spectacular. It is difficult to find companies that truly care about the individual but this is one. They are on time with deliveries, willing to answer questions, and over the top accommodating. Would highly recommend these group in Livermore.

  The Appliance Repair Doctor was amazing. Nathan showed up, gave my LG dryer a diagnostic and then determined that actually the issue was with the low voltage coming from the electrical outlet. Straight up honest service. I said goodbye, watched him walk down my walkway to my picket fence. I then saw him notice that the latch on my fence was loose. He put his heavy equipment bag down, found a more appropriate longer screw for the fence and took out his toolkit and fixed... my fence?! Packed up his things and drove away...huh? Someone who did a nice thing just because? I was blown away. Call these folks, they are legit. Kathryn Keown

  They were on time and actually honest to tell me not fix what was a minor glitch. The repair would have cost a lot and the repairman told me not to fix what was a small irritation. Not likely to cause any major problem . To leave it alone. Very very honest answer. I would use them always.
