  Friendly staff. I was waiting for the train and bored so I went inside. Next thing I knew I had a pretty lil birdy on my shoulder.

  The staff there are extremely knowledgeable. The bird guy and the reptile lady are really really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them even for questions. And their prices are very fair.

  The staff was very helpful and the price was very reasonable. When I walked into the store I thought the animals selling here would be well cared for according to the website, but when I bought a hamster and I brought it home, it was infested with rat mites, something that shows the environmental status in their cages were not as clean as I first thought. As a careful warning, please be careful on what you buy.
