::Mar 2023 4 stars as wait time was long for the carryout approx 45 minutes plus the packing containers were not tight enough. I ended up having bbq sauce leak everywhere in the bag from the Whiskey glazed ribs, which ended up in the carpet in the car and backseat. I had untied the bag to check that everything was there. Also, please don't pack the ribs and sauce on top of the fries in the same box. The kids didn't like the soggy fries. Portion wise, decent. However, I'm thankful I had enough reward points for one premium entree. Full rack whiskey glaze ribs is $29, a bit pricey in my opinion. Maybe that's the going rate these days. I don't eat out as much since Covid. I also added an extra side of ribs to try the apple butter BBQ sauce, which was $10 for the side. Ribs are a family favorite on the menu! Will order again! Redeemed the chips and salsa offer...but looks like you get less chips now in the box. It used to be almost full. Btw, my son raves about the salsa and loves these chips! 😋 Ordered our favorite green bean fries app, which is still yummy as ever. I have to say taste wise, the food is pretty good at TGIF. There's not a location close to me anymore, so I drive about 45 minutes to order, when I have something else in the area. Customer service wise is 5 stars, as the staff were helpful and nice. Dec 2022 5 STARS!!! 5 for great customer service! Curbside and pickup was very organized and scheduled pickup time was actually on time! So thankful that you were open for Christmas. Ordered a few family bundles and 5 stars for all the food. Best decision not to cook today... and enjoyed time as a family over a meal. Merry Christmas!🎄🥰

::Came here because my power was out so wait was longer than usual. But food was great! And wait staff very nice and efficient. Could tell they were working short but did a great job!

::My boyfriend and I wanted to get some dinner on Thursday evening around 5:30, we decided to go to TGI Fridays as they were doing the 2 for $40 deal. We walked in and stood there looking around waiting to be seated. A gentleman came up and asked where we wanted to sit. I said a booth and he randomly walked around (the restaurant was empty, mind you) and he said I don't normally do the seating, just sit here..... Okay.... We had no menus and sat there for a few minutes before our waitress came over, she asked if we wanted drinks, my boyfriend did but said he was still deciding. She went and got us waters and came back, set them down and started to walk away, my boyfriend asked her if he could order his drink and she rolled her eyes and took the order and walked away. Still no menus... We sat for 10 minutes (again nobody else was in the restaurant except one other table and a dirty one that hadn't been cleaned yet across from us). She never went and put the drink order in and at this point, we got up and left and went somewhere else. I was honestly surprised and disappointed by the service, especially since no one was there, and now I see why. More than likely will not be returning and will be taking my money elsewhere.

::We will never go back here , the food was decent . The waitress was nice but literally every employee stood around on their phones while every table had dirty piled up dishes. We thought it was just the table across from us and two near up but as we were leaving we noticed none of the tables were cleaned after serving guest. There was not a staff shortage everyone just seemed to be more interested in their cell phones instead of their jobs.

::Brooke was pleasant and attentive. The food was hot and cooked to perfection. I had the whiskey glazed chicken with fries & breadsticks 😩😋 the breadsticks are AMAZING. Also their happy hour menu is great. They have select drinks that are $4 all day, everyday. I recommend getting the TGIF app. My food was free thanks to the points I racked up visiting the restaurant. Very easy app to use. I enjoy Jay as the bartender as well.
