  I'm currently in a contract with TTS and tried getting a partial payment for 1 of my 2 properties. I'm trying to sell. I've tried talking to Greg I was yelled at by him.. Handed off to different people in different departments. which was absolutely no help but just short answers. Finding out that they charged me for contacting them. Now TTS is forcing me to payoff the full amount of close to 34,000 which I was just informed on the 19thof April at 4pm. So they are giving me until the 25th of April. So only 4 business days to come up with this amount. How is this possible??? TTS isn't willing to work with me at all... Unless resigning at contract for more money. I've always made all my payments. Biggest Mistake Of My Life!!!!!!!!! No concern I went through the flood from Harvey. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. And if I could I would protest outside their office daily to warn people about this evil company..... Stick with your local tax office everyone. Please! Wish I had....

  I talked with Greg, who "lifted my worry of being past due with the county" by explaining not only the options with texas tax solutions but referred me back to the county tax office that offers a payment plan for home owners that live in their homestead and are 65+ years old. Wish I had called him months ago. Good, Honest, Straight Shooter. Not like payday lenders as mentioned in previous post. Call Greg first for your property tax loan. BBB rating A+..excellent service!

  I can't say that there is any wrong in this particular company but this business of tax loans is equivalent to a pay day loan. You have sold your soul to the devil. There is no getting out of it once you let them help you....stuck for life. If at all possible make your deal with the county tax office.

  The best decision i made ... i shouldnt have waited long but im glad they were still able to help... they are kind and will help you as much as they can...they are not greedy in trying to nake you fail they actually try to get you out of the mess you are in.. i just wished they had a pay online option.
