  Love this location and enjoy the delicious steaks. Never have to wait long and majority of the staff are great servers. Never had a bad experience here!

  I love this steak place they are busy because they're good food. Staff are very friendly and fast and it is a very casual Steakhouse, but it can be noisy. I love to order their Prime ribs, ribeye and sirloin. They have great drinks and their salad house salad Italian dressing are delicious. If you don't want a long waiting either call in to reserve ahead or they have an app. the unique thing about the places that they have roasted peanuts that you can munch on while you waiting and you can throw on a ground and the staff clean up later. Also have complimentary endless of fresh rolls baked daily to eat while you are waitting on your entree. I took my son to his birthday, so they sing Happy Birthday song. While he sat on cowboy saddle and it was very fun for him. We love this place!!

  Love love love Texas Road House. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. My family doesn't eat bread unless we are at Texas Road House!!!! The fresh dinner rolls are the reason we go 😊. The Grand Prairie Location is always super crowded but time goes by fast when you are waiting and the staff is always working hard to clear tables for the next party. We celebrated my daughter's 27th birthday here and we had an awesome time!!! Try the blue crush lemonade... It's pretty to look at and rates great! Enjoy

  I ordered a med rare prime rib. One side looked med rare, the other side was well done.. Unacceptable.. I sat at the bar, kinda slow, it was busy, so i guess it was acceptable.. I just don't understand why my prime would come out like that. If the prime was old or over cooked, Roadhouse should have just 86'd it. My friends steak was suppose to be Medium, got well done.... The cook just needs a little more training.

  I love Texas Roadhouse. This particular Texas Roadhouse is super super busy during peak hours. Expect a wait between 45 minutes to over an hour. On top of that the parking lot in this particular restaurant is very small and very difficult to navigate. As for the restaurant itself, the staff is always very friendly and prompt to take your order and serve you. The food is well prepared but sometimes as with any place they can make mistakes. My sister's steak had to be sent back twice. I am keeping us review at 5 stars because my sister likes her steak well done which in my opinion is a terrible way to eat a steak. Over all a great place to have a dinner with the family. Great service good food small parking lot wait time is tough.
