  They are scammers. Their website says they charge a flat fee and no exorbitant contingency fee and ask you to sign up to receive the forms. Shortly after, another tax group emailed the forms asking at least 40% contingency fee.

  Signed a contract for a one time flat fee for $300. Months later I got the new appriasial and they saved me about $300 but then added another charge onto the bill based on a percentage of how much they knocked the appraisal down. That came out to another $300. I still had the contract stating that I was paying a one time fee so I called and was told that they had to do extra work so I was getting charged more. I told them I was never told any extra work was being done and that I didn't approve that and was told that no one was in the office that day and they would call me back. It's been over a month and no call back. Sounds like they were just trying to get extra money out of me and hoping I just went ahead and paid the bill.
