  Absolutely the best customer service experience I have ever had. The technician kept me informed through our the water heater installation and were extremely polite. Called them on a Saturday afternoon and they showed up Monday morning with a new water heater. Thanks Justin and his team of professionals!!!!!

  I called Texas Plumbing when our water heater went out last week and water was going everywhere. This was on a Monday morning. The understanding and kind person told me they would have someone here no later than 1:00 PM. Two men were here by 10:30 AM after keeping me updated on their arrival time twice. They were extremely professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable and in and out quickly and our problem was over as quickly as it started. Their rate was less than we paid a different company six years ago and we couldn't be happier with their service. Compared to the terrible experience and waiting all day for someone to arrive that day six years ago, this was a breeze. We have some other plumbing work to be done and I would never call anyone else. Thanks so very much.

  Beyond happy with my choice of choosing Texas Plumbing Repair! Being new to Saginaw I had no idea who too call. I read their reviews and knew to call them right away. My sewer line was severa clogged and Scoot and Zach ran a camera gave me an estimate for the broken line I had and had it fixed within 24 hours! Being such a big repair I was shocked how quickly my system was up back too 100%. Thanks guys for helping me when I needed it most !

  Outstanding customer service!!! Positive, straight forward and very knowledgeable. Committed to having a plumber on site within a few hours (non-emergency) and kept me updated as to his arrival. I actually called to cancel because of stump and root problems I thought needed to be taken care of first...Justin advised me to let his plumber take a look at the situation and advise as to the best solution. It turned out to be a job best suited for my sprinkler guy because of other related issues with my system. Although he said he could definitely take care of the leak, I told him thank you for the advice and he shook my hand and went to his next job. No charge! That is rare these days and the epitome of professionalism! Thank you Texas Plumbing repair for your expertise and commitment! You are my GO TO Plumber from now on!

  What an awesome experience and very knowledgeable staff this company had. They responded very quickly and on time which to me speaks volumes. The price was great as well so that along with the others made it a no brainer for me and will definitely use them again. FYI even my neighbors called them and had an awesome experience as well! Thank you for the honesty, hard work, reliability, trust and cost I was looking for in a company!
