The 928 Lipscomb in Ft. Worth, TX is awful.... I would never recommend this place to anyone! The staff is rude and unprofessional. They do not honor your appt times or ensure you have the correct instructions if you are a new patient! The Hispanic girl in the front was super rude and unhelpful! The provider also refused to see me when I was there at my set appt time that was verified in their computer system!! For a place that is supposed to be dedicated to helping those in pain they do a lousy joband are not compassionate at all....I should have heeded the advice of another friend who told me they are disgraceful! It doesn't even deserve one star!

The office is clean and pleasing to the eye. The staff are wonderful considerate people. Dr. Aggarwal does not deal with patients who are emotional from enduring pain and loss of sleep. It is not unimaginable that he is not capable or perhaps chooses not to be to be tolerant of people who are emotional for any reason. He simply, quickly (very abruptly) discharges such patients.

My mother in law went in today for the 3rd time in less than 2 weeks complaining that the hydrocodone Ved Aggerwal prescribed is making her throw up. He started yelling at her saying she is a drug addict! On top of that he said he would only do a procedure for her pain. All she want to do was trying some other medication that would not make her throw up. She lives with us we counted her medicine and she had only taken 3 of these as each time she goes back they give her the same prescription in different dosages. So 3 visits each with its own copay plus the cost of the pharmacy Bill. This place is a total rip off and Ved Aggerwal is a QUACK! I will be filing a complaint with the medical board of Texas. Trying to browbeat a senior citizen into a procedure is wrong as she is 75 years old that's why I am writing this review. Please BEWARE!!!!!!!
