  The overall process was done very well. The workers did what we were told they would do. We also contracted (separate contract) to have the deck of our Gazebo covered in a "textured" paint that would match the trim paint on the house,. We paid for it in ADVANCE, which was a mistake. From contract to "finished" job was over 5 weeks; the "crew boss" has never come by for us to sign off on the finished job; and, it is NOT finished! There is "over spray" on two of the 4 vertical supports. I have been told someone from the crew will come out and "fix" it. As of today (5/22) it has not been remedied. I also have found an area that WAS NOT COMPLETELY COVERED IN THE ORIGINAL PAINTING OF THE HOUSE ; but THAT will not be fixed either. Feel like we wasted $9600.00.

  The finished work was done in a very timely manner, and I am extremely happy with the result. My house feels better than new when I come home. The crew that actually does the work is awesome--courteous, professional, and experts at what they do. The sales reps are personable and make it easy to trust that you will get what you pay for. This is definitely not your usual door-to-door sales company. I highly recommend Texas Home Improvement company!

  I had my whole house redone, hardi plank, roof, screened porch and windows and couldn't have been happier with the work done. The crew for each job was extremely nice and the best of all, they were very clean and neat. After every job I didn't even know they had been there they had cleaned up everything so well. Everyone is friendly and I didn't feel pressured like other companies to buy their product, it was just their product was that good! I would recommend anyone to give this company a try and be as happy as I was with the job.

  Our experience with Texas Home Improvement was stellar. They painted our house, meticulously repairing and replacing wood as they went. Throughout the process, the staff that worked with us couldn't have been more professional, kind, and patient... from the folks we spoke to at the office to the crew that came out to do the work. The crew was fantastic: professional, neat and tidy, and friendly. The crew leader patiently answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. They carefully moved our possessions to make sure they weren't damaged, and afterward put them back exactly where they were. Honestly, I can't imagine how they remembered where everything went. We couldn't be happier. It was a great experience working with Texas Home Improvement.

  The patio cover that was built by Texas Home Improvement is absolutely gorgeous! It definitely upgraded our home's appearance exponentially. Tim and Joshua were experts in building patio covers and the results prove that. They were both professional and personable. They consulted with us during the development as to what our preferences were to ensure that what they built for us was exactly what we wanted...and it is! The expense was well worth it!!
