  Nice clean facility and nice staff. Bought 2 personal training sessions for $70.00. I am very scared to work with a personal trainer, but was assured when I signed up for my membership that I would not need to worry; the personal trainer would be informed of my health issues and back surgery and he would know what exercises I would be able to handle. Was scheduled for my first session but the trainer was not notified that it was an hour session or an assessment nor was he informed of my health issues or back surgery that I had 7 months prior. Trainer tried to make the best of the situation and tried me on different exercises for about 30 minutes until one exercise left me with a throbbing head for 2-3 days. Personal trainer said not to worry about the session since it was not planned as I had scheduled. I have tried to regain my courage to try the personal trainer again, but I can not afford to be down with my back or other health issues. I feel the whole process failed me when I was assured I did not need to worry. I do not hold the trainer responsible as he was doing what he was trained to do. I hold the management and facility who assured me that I had nothing to worry about, since they are the one's who failed to follow through with their commitment regarding my health. I called and asked for a refund and was told with out hesitation they do not give refunds. The district manager also refused to return my money per the manager. I can not afford to waste my money carelessly as the gym seems to think it is no biggie, but yet they refuse to refund my money. Then I was going to ask for my $70.00 to be credited to my account and applied to my monthly membership fee, but I was put on hold and the manger never returned to the phone. I hung up and called back and again put on hold and no one returned to the phone. Do you want to experience this type unsympathetic and unprofessional behavior from management and district management regarding your health and money? I am totally appalled at this behavior. They told me I had 3 days to ask to cancel my contract; however, it took longer than 3 days to get scheduled with the trainer. I do not feel I should be jeopardized because the trainer was not available and it went past the 3 days.

  I'm not sure why this gym deserves anything less than a 5. They are relatively new, so I have not found the place super busy yet (to my liking). The staff are always very friendly and helpful whenever I need them. The place is kept very clean, and there are a lot of options to choose from to have a great workout.

  Adam is a amazing hard working person. He always inspires me to push my limits. His constant consistent motivation is what change my life. It brought a new fire, and as soon as I started actually seeing changes in my body. It changed my life you feel like a new person and your happy. Apply that to your everyday life. I dare you to ask him to find a work out for you. Stick to his plans that he will give you for success and most important your dedication will pay off. What a positive mind set and life style it will bring you. Your goals for joining this gym will be Crushed. You will make better and harder ones. "Stay Motivated"

  My sister goes here. She has child care and its actually affordable. Im so thankful this option is available. I found a better match for myself elsewhere. But my sister loves this gym. And i know they're friendly!✊✊ I had to go elsewhere because of the new construction/paint fumes etc. I'm too sensitive to it. Its also super bright in here. So if that doesn't bother you. Its a very good gym with so many options. Free motion machines. Classes. Trainers. The whole 9 yards👍
