  Unresponsive staff. Called and talked to someone and was to be contacted to schedule an appointment. I never heard back from them - frst impression was not a good one so I went with someone else.

  The salesman, Travis, was courteous and professional. He measured every room and gave me an estimate the next day for new carpet in all of our bedrooms. Installers came yesterday and did a great job of installation. The carpet is beautiful and they put all of the furniture back just the way they found it. I highly recommend Texas Designer Flooring.

  Absolutely the best flooring company! Jessie, David, Travis & Cheryl all provide excellent service, but the installation crews do, as well, which is the most important part to me. Not only do you have a wide selection of materials to choose from, but also design options with installation.

  Had to have most floors done in our Hospital. New floors look great. Crew was very accommodating as far as working around us and getting things finished quickly, and even moving all of our equipment with care when clearing a room to do the floors. Highly recommended.
