  If you want to host your special event at Texas de Brazil, don't waste your time. This place lacks communication amongst management and customer service skills. I called 2 months ahead to book my graduation event of 30+ guests. The manager I spoke to was really nice. I explained I wanted the general seating area to enjoy their beautiful decor and wine wall. She said it was no problem, that she would have that are reserved for me. I call a week before to confirm and it turns out that she no longer works there and that she never booked my reservation. I then speak to another manager named Adrieni who assured me not to worry. She would book the reservation for me in the general seating area as originally planned. The day of the event, my guests show up and are left waiting in the waiting area for over half an hour until everyone showed and they put us in a room. I could've gone anywhere else if we were going to be put in a room. I then speak to a manager on duty and he says they won't charge any drinks(excluding alcohol) for the inconvenience. When it's time to pay, all drinks were charged because tea and lemonade were not included and mind you, nobody got fountain drinks. So there was absolutely no compensation for the inconvenience. I have been to other Brazilian Steak house's in town that by far excel in customer service, something management at Texas de Brazil falls short of. Very disappointed with my event experience. I don't recommend it.

  Went last night (05/04/18) for a two person meal. The meats had a beautiful medium/medium rare finish. The chicken and pork were both dry, but plenty of other meats to work through. Desert is not included in the price. Two dinners, 1 iced tea, and 2 deserts came to $119. Service was friendly and polite. It’s quite noisy and with all the servers running around your table, it can be a little distracting. Nice decor!

  It was a really interesting experience. The food was good. however the salad bar was understocked. Our server was very good. The restaurant is way too dark and noisy. I would not recommend it for children.

  I had one of the most wonderful experiences that I’ve had at a Texas de Brazil. These fine ladies and gentlemen made my visit one of the best if not the best experiences I’ve had at a Texas de Brazil. Would rate higher if I could. The manager on the night of the 1st of April was truly a cut above. And the food was absolutely excellent and brought out in a timely fashion.

  This was my first trip to this location and I was very impressed. I went there for a girl’s night/ going away but it would be perfect for a date night! The location is beautiful on the inside and has a quiet and dark atmosphere. While it is on the pricey side, the food is amazing! There is a salad bar with sides to accompany the unlimited options of meat. You can try as many different types of meat as you like, and they are all very well cooked. They even have a very extensive dessert menu. I was so full of all the meat I tried, but I still took a slice of cheesecake home, and it was just as fantastic as all of the other items I tried
