  Don’t bother calling, especially if your a non-custodial parent, i pay an arm and leg for child support which i do not mind since it’s going to my son but if the baby’s mother is not letting me see him and you call the child support and waiting for 30 min on hold for them to give me a number to call some number with no advice but for you to call a vhild support lawyer, ugh waste of time and breathe, but they are ready to take away child support payments and take you to court quickly. Just not right

  "Child support" is a joke. Seriously.. 20% of the check? LMAO! Ok I now have enough to buy toilet paper to wipe my................

  I spoke with a rep from Texas Child Support today, 7 JUL 2017, and was told I couldn't change anything via phone or online because they couldn't provide me any information; for my protection. Of course they asked every question about who, where, what and a direct genetic test, "for my protection;" before telling me they couldn't help me... for my protection. Err go: "sir I need your contact email, phone number and date of birth in order to send communications." When I asked for the info to re-login to update banking info to receive the mandated Child Support Payments, of course they can't communicate that accept via snail mail. Oh, and the litany of qualification questions are asked and answered prior to telling you they can't help you via the phone, or any other way for that matter...!" The "customer service rep" couldn't directly tell me where my tax dollars were going paying for this "service" or her rudeness, and equally failed miserably with service; except to explain I could fill out a complaint form, of course which I would have to find and download to mail it in; or I could come to a local office to voice a complaint or concern. Why would I ever VOTE for Ken Paxton knowing that he specifically and knowingly supports and has advantage of those, who are forced by law to use a system that is ineffective and time consuming; allowing only the desperate and in need of child support access but NO help navigating a system that is supposed to help the rearing of a child ("in the best interest of the child"). What a government blunder and cash cow this is.

  Worst experience ever when I call. Was just on the phone with someone asked her to hold for one second told me she could not wait and hung up on me after I had been holding for 20 minutes! That is just one bad experience out of all the other ones I have had!!!!
