This company had a lending officer blatantly lie about a Closing Disclosure being sent out and the borrower's ability to obtain financing to keep us, the seller's on the hook and not back out to re-list our property. After this was discovered, the branch manager, Travis, took over the situation. At this point he did reach out to me and we had a good discussion with some answers that I was still waiting to hear back. I was told I would be informed of these answers the next day. I did not hear back the next day regarding these specific answers I was looking for. I attempted to reach Travis at his number I was given by calling 8 times. I did leave a voice mail after the 2nd or 3rd try and continued trying with no success. I am starting to believe that the poor communication is coming from leadership downward. This has had a great financial impact on my family as well as living arrangement on my family which Travis has been made aware of, yet couldn't get the courtesy of a call back that I was promised the day before. I have never been someone to write bad reviews, or feel left helpless, but that is the point I've reached. I have never in my life felt the need for legal advice until I came into this transaction with this company. This also isn't the 1st time I've sold a house, it is actually my 3rd time so I am very familiar with the process and actually worked in the mortgage industry for 5 years so have plenty of knowledge of how things are supposed to go. Hoping this review actually gets me a call from Travis, since a voicemail, 9 calls, and a text didn't do the trick.

This company does not own up to their mistakes... Which caused a domino effect of 3 sellers missing closings and costing everyone more money.
