::Tesla makes great cars, can’t say enough about the company but the staff at the DC showroom was just rude. Employees are rude and very condescending. They were just huddled around their front desk chatting with each other and didn’t offer to walk us through the car they had on display so we were looking through the car blindly. Assuming because of our young appearance. There was one rep that was very thoroughly going through the details of the car with another customer, but we were never once offered that level of service. We later found out through their conversations that she was a reservation holder. Seems like the only way these reps will help is if they see $$$. No point of going to the store to learn about these cars unless you want to waste your time and be treated like you’re inferior. It’s better to just research on your own. Tesla makes awesome cars but their staff needs to learn the importance that great customer service plays in a business.

::Great showroom. As of 11/2/17, they had no Tesla 3 in their fleet. Test drove a Tesla S here. Very prompt care and attention to visitors. If you are a Tesla geek, you will find that you might have more information than the staff here or have questions they may not know the answers to.
