::Hasn't happened more than a couple times, but whenever my Tesla is having issues, the Tesla Mobile Service team came right out to my home and took care of my vehicle while my wife was at home with the kids. Super convenient in that she didn't have to go down to the service center w/ two toddlers. The solar panels they installed for me recently have been working phenomenally as well! As per the 1 Star Review by Luz, another employee did receive my order for me, but I was not made aware until about a half hour later. Had the Uber driver let me know that my item was delivered to an associate rather than just marked as delivered while I waited on the side of the building as directed, I would not have been led to think that my food was missing for a half hour. Again, many thanks to the Service team!

::Sales associates are friendly and helpful. I loved being able to sit in the Teslas and play with all of the functions. Waiting for a test drive is annoying. I wish you could test drive same day.

::Love the shop, it s like Apple store but with cars. From the waiting room you can see the workers taking care of your Tesla in the shop. About 6 supercharger outside. It s currently open!
