  Horrible customer service! Walked into this Tervis store on 4/15/18 around 2:00pm and I was not greeted. The customer service representative remained behind the counter and pretended that he did not see me walking through the store. He never offered to help me, nor did he offer to explain the product to me. I browsed around for about 5 minutes and walked right out without any sort of acknowledgment. Please TRAIN your new worker on good customer service skills. I have walked into this location many times over the past couple of years and I always met great employees who exuded fun, vibrant and pleasant qualities; Never have I ever encountered this issue of piss poor service in the past from Tervis. This was by far the most horrible encounter at any Tervis store.

  I purchased a water bottle from here, had it fall over in the back seat of my car for several hours. When I found it, my seat was completely dry and the water was still cold.
