::I love tervis products. the cups are awesome however my experience with one of the employees i believe named Arlene was poor. She didn't greet (which is usually fine) but when i went to purchase she didnt say anything or give any help on the product and at one point walked away to make one of her much more helpful co workers finish up. I like the place but that employee sucked.
