  DJ and his entire team have been awesome during the three years that I have lived in one of their apartments. They are responsive when things need fixing and are all around good people. The location is awesome and I feel like my apartment is way under market value, which is why I have continued to stay here. My apartment is quiet, the building is always spotless, and my neighbors couldn't be more awesome. I would highly recommend Terra Firma if you are in the market for a rad apartment in a perfect location!

  Great local company, Kevin does a great job of explaining and showing some great spaces to rent in cap hill. Super happy to be renting from such a great local company. Highly recommend Tera Firma!!!!
