  They gave me an appointment window of 4 hours; they didn't show within that time and didn't call me. When I called them, they said they'd be at my place within 30 minutes. I told them I'd wait but not to waste more of my time if 30 minutes wasn't realistic. They assured me they would be there within the 30 minutes-- then sure enough, they didn't show. When I complained they offered a $25 discount. Totally insufficient after I took a 1/2 day off work waiting for them for nothing.

  Terrible at controlling pests and rodents. When you ask for additional and more service they don't provide it. Customer service is very slow and unhelpful as well. AVOID at all costs for restaurants or commercial service

  This service provided was excellent, a job well done getting rid of all the infestations, roach , rats and critters we don't need in my building complex. 11 months and still no critters. Thanks
