  Proficient, did an excellent job, took his time, covered everything with me that he was doing, what to look for, call him back anytime I needed anything, courteous, arrived on time.

  I have never experienced worse customer service. This company does everything in the world to SELL you and then follows the close of a sell with the worst customer experience imaginable. We have left 5 messages for someone to call us back from our local branch and NO ONE has responded to our urgent pleas for a return phone call. I can't think of anything worse than a company setting traps and refusing to come check them or now remove them from the building because we have hired CHEM FREE to clean up the mess Terminix has made.

  Our Terminix Tech, Patrick, In Austin was very personable and professional! Patrick took time to gather information about our home, and then created a very clear treatment plan. I appreciate the confidence we have utilizing Terminix year-round with quarterly treatments of our new forever home of almost two years. Building in the hill country has it’s share of insect issues. Also, if any pest need raises it’s ugly head in-between quarterly treatments, our technician will come out and address any pest control issues at no extra charge!! Can’t ask for better pest control service than Austin Terminix!

  Just cancelled my services. I took the day off from work so they could come in the house and spray. I called because the person was hours late. They said sorry that guy left the company and we can't have anyone come out till next Tuesday. I told them I am not taking off another PTO day for that. He said the technician was not in the area and too far away to come service my yard. I get it, things happen. But I took a day off unpaid to have it serviced. I was not offered a discount or someone driving out of the way to take care of the mistake. Customer service is very lacking. I'll pay a local company for better service.
