  Best personal shopping experience my wife and I have ever had! Family owned and family worked store. High values of customer service which I've never seen in any other store. Would recommend anyone looking to purchase Western clothing to go here first and experience what they offer!

  This is a good place to buy ur western style clothes and accessories but it's just a little on the expensive side for me

  Tony is one of the sales professionals here and he really knows his stuff. I bought an inexpensive pair of boots for work a few months ago and even though they were cheap he never pushed me into anything more expensive but did educate me on the difference. We went back a couple of days ago and bought 4 more pair from him. Love this place!

  I just visited here with my wife my 11 month old and my friend. The Manager Bill, had all the employee in the store watching my friend like he was trying to steal something. We saw him tel an employee to specifically watch him. When my wife asked him why he said that they watch everyone. She pointed out that they weren't watching either of us and that they weren't watching anyone else in the store. So she asked why they choose to watch him he said it was because he separated from us. She told him that it should be posted on the door that you are supposed to stay together then. She then proceeded to tell him how much business they just lost and what a low man he was for singling out an innocent man for no reason.

  The missus was on a quest to find boot cut jeans that fit her well, but did not have all the sparkly stuff on the back pockets. After searching ladies stores to no avail, we began hitting Western Wear outfitters, and were coming up empty when we were driving past Tener's. I hate to admit that we had both forgotten about Tener's until we were driving down Reno. We stopped in, and as we were beginning our search, Tim asked us if he could be of assistance. We told him what we were looking for, and he not only pointed us in the right direction, he became an active participant in our quest. After a few minutes of looking, my lady was holding in her hands a pair of jeans that fit the majority of her requirements. The only thing left was to try them on. They fit beautifully, so she decided to get some. The best part about it was that they happened to be on sale, so she was able to get 4 pairs for the price of 2, staying within her budget and making her incredibly happy. We had a very nice conversation with Tim, and at no point were we treated like we were a burden due to our presence, or a mark to try to upsell things we weren't looking for. While we were there, I thought about buying a new pair of boots, but unfortunately they did not have any that I liked, but that is not the store's fault, it is more of the fact they are selling what is in style now, and unfortunately I am not a fan of the current style of square toed boots, so finding what I like is not as easy as it used to be. Long story short, they have a great selection, great prices, and a great sales staff. I will definitely be returning.
