  The first person that came by gave us high hopes. Every single person after that was horrible. These are not nice people. The behavior was so unprofessional and they acted so put upon to have to be there. I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

  The initial intake RN ( L.H.?) was likeable and professional. The second nurse that they sent to our home was a little judgmental and not really liked by my spouse who said she did not give off a terribly respectful vibe. I personally met an LVN (A.W.?)who called on my Mom in our home and she was ok. I am a seasoned RN so healthcare comes very naturally to me and I know what to look for. My Mom never had a home health aide come to our home to tend to her hygiene/ADL needs and this with the primary reason that we requested home health services. In general Tender Heart was not responsive to our needs. By all means don't miss a phone call from them because it will take ages for them to respond- if they ever do at all. Several calls from them were made as follow up regarding our satisfaction, but our unhappiness never seemed to make it to the desk of someone who could effect a positive change. The calls from their offices just seemed to be lip service with no appreciable follow through. This company does not dot it's "i's" or cross it's "T's" very well was my experience. I did not get the impression that it was well managed. They never sent an aide out to us over the two month period and we were ultimately dropped because they did not have the staff to come to our home located in S.W. Fort Worth- it was too far from their offices we were told. I do not recommend this company.

  I am a new employee and I was impressed by Mrs. Kay Seriki the administrator. She is the most caring and compassionate person I have met in the home health business. While interviewing with her, it was my belief that she was the Nursing Director. She demands that patient care be top notch and the company is JCAHO certified.
