  Best shoe store in Pittsburgh. The service is stellar: helpful and so knowledgeable but never pushy. The selection is curated and always on the forefront of trends with nods to the classics. The staff know fashion but also comfort and fit.

  Favorite place for shoes... Yes I shop in Pittsburgh for shoes.. better selection then Seattle! In addition to the great selection, Uncle and fantastic staff, prices are very reasonable.

  New to Pittsburgh, I recently stopped at Ten Toes on a whim. It's the only shoe store I have found that specializes in dressy shoes that are also comfortable. I have specific shoe needs, so I have a good sense of the kinds of shoes I am looking for. When I explained my needs to the salesperson, he brought out 3-4 pairs of somewhat-casual-wear shoes. The Jambu Gourmet, a brand I was unfamiliar with, was slightly uncomfortable in the toe box; the salesman immediately offered a couple suggestions to fix it, and then took the time to do so. His knowledge and skill were apparent throughout my time in the store. In the time I was there, no less than three return customers came in to browse and make purchases. I am noticeably more comfortable in the Jambu shoes than any others I own right now; I've walked miles in them without issue. My experience at Ten Toes was highly positive; I would recommend the store to any woman and plan to become a return customer myself.
