  First of all I have yet to see a filthier salon in my life. We walked in and the ground and their floors had filth everywhere. We walked in about five minutes earlier than our appointment because I guess they don’t open till 1130. I asked them if anybody was here for our three blowdry‘s. They replied yes I will take the first one. I said all three of us have an 1130 appointment is anyone else here? with that the rude owner opens the door naked with a towel in front of her and starts telling us that were too early. She just states that as she closes the door To get dressed and she starts screaming oh my God. So I imitated her saying Oh my God because I found that so rude!with that she opens the door still undressed and starts telling us she is the owner and our energy is bad and yelling at us like a psychotic woman .so I told her we are leaving and I wouldn’t let you touch our hair!! I wish I would’ve read the reviews first before coming here because all of the reviews were horrible. I noticed that very few people actually like the salon. Do not go here and don’t go near there you might get a disease from the filth and the owner is extremely rude. She should go back to take classes that teaches you etiquette and customer service ! Please beware of this place and stay far away!

  DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT WORKING HERE. THE STAFF ARE INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST LEAVE YOU HANGING FOR MONTHS ON END AND LOCK THE DOORS TO THE ESTABLISHMENT.

  AWFUL! I was super stoked to try this place. I purchased a Groupon online for a ManiPedi. I tried contacting them a few times online to schedule an appointment but received no response. So I give them a call, I get VM, leave a message and NEVER get a call back. So I decide to try them again the next week, I FINALLY get through to someone to make my appointment. My appointment is set but then something important comes up (as happens in life). I call the salon to cancel,and of course it takes me a while to get through. Once I finally get through, I explain my situation to the girl on the other end. She kind of brushes me off and says "it's fine" (she sounded busy) and tells me to call back when I am ready to reschedule. So I call back a few weeks later. Get through to someone (on the first try shockingly enough) and make my appointment. The girl on the phone (this time happened to be the owner) then tells me there is going to be an additional fee for canceling my previous appointment. I tell her I was NEVER made aware of the policy and refuse to pay the additional $5 fee. She then proceeds to tell me it's a mandatory fee and she was giving me a deal pricing it at $5 because I had a Groupon. Flabbergasted, I ask her why I wasn't notified about this policy before. She says she isn't sure but there is nothing that can be done about it. I asked to speak to a manager, she retorts "I'm the owner." She was extremely rude and told me to take my problem to Groupon. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go elsewhere. God forbid you have an emergency and need to cancel your appointment last minute and are then charged a fee for having a life. So rude and disrespectful. TenTen needs some lessons in Customer Service.
