  I've been a loyal customer since 2012. I think they have beautiful fabrics at affordable prices. My issue with this store is that I've never received good customer service, not even a "Thank You" from the cashier. I was there on Saturday 10/15/16, and the same thing happened. The employees didn't ask if I needed help, I was helped because I asked for it when they were talking amongst themselves, the cashier didn't say a single word to me besides the amount that I owed. I'm sure they won't go out of business because of my review, I hope the owner will read it and make some changes. I won't be back to find out if they do make the changes because I've decided to take my business elsewhere!

  However it does seem a little cluttered, it does offer a large array of fabrics. I go there everytime i need fabric and they always have the material I need at cheap prices! And the location is nice too! Gives me a chance to see the real El Paso and it's historical markers as well as the community and its people hard at work.
