  I have never seen such type of financial company in America. I feel robbed with this credit union. Their overdtaft policy is no where in US. They took $35 four times with in a week from my account. One of the associate told me that I will be charged $35 for swiping my card when there is no sufficient fund. Rather than making it decline, they will charge you just for trying to swipe your card. This is not American standard. It's very brutal

  Worst bank ever. Stole 150 from my account. They say it is from overdraft fees from a month ago that they forgot to take. I supposedly used a vending machine

  Folks please listen carefully, this is the worst credit union in the DMV area, this place is filled with crooks and the staff here WILL steal your money right underneath your nose. My brother who was murdered in DC banked here and when myself and my mother tried to obtain his funds from his account they gave us the worst time ever and wasn't sympathetic at all towards my family needs. Somebody please shut this crook raned establishment down as soon as possible.

  This is the worst place to work, bank or do business , they are unorganized, power struck and to me this place is all about sells rather than helping people, what bank you know runs out of money at there locations or have technical difficulties every other week. The employees are treated like slaves, TEFCU is a stressful work environment and the turn over rate is crazy as a formal employee I have seen over 30 people quit and get fired with in 5 months. If you are considering joining this company I beg you to save yourself, this company is a total nightmare!!!!!!! I am surprise they are still in business....
