this place was great! the food was fantastic! the wait staff was even better. if we ever come here again we will most likely come back here. we got in right away. and our food came generally fast for a nice restaurant. we then ordered desert and it was incredible!

Good place in Capitol Hill. Solid food that’s good, but pricey. There’s usually a wait, and hey don’t take reservations so call ahead for seating. Lots of street parking all around, but you might have to walk a few blocks. They have great pop tarts. Highly recommend! Be sure to get one to go.

Despite the name, this is NOT a family friendly restaurant. They prefer to seat parties OUT OF ORDER rather than seat a party with a high chair! We even called ahead as per their policy and still waited over a hour after arrival. Finally left; went to Match Box down the street. Match Box had great food and great service! If I could give Ted’s Bulletin less than 1 star I would! Disgruntled Nana

Great place to eat. The atmosphere is really neat with the old brick walls. The service was good. Loved the grilled cheese and tomato soup. My son loved his grilled cheese as well. Club sandwich and fries were tasty. My son loved the Oreo milkshake but prefers them without the chocolate syrup. The homemade pop-tarts are to die for!! Update: so good we went back a few days later. Chicken fried steak was good.

This is another of the restaurants that is a definite "must-do" when we're Washington DC. Family friendly, varied menu with all-day breakfast available. They have the most wonderful old-fashioned milk shakes, both original or with alcohol if desired. They make their own pop tarts too! Would be a fun place for date night or with a group of friends. Friendly, accommodating wait-staff, nothing seems to faze them. Wait time can be long, but it is so totally worth it-----you won't be disappointed.
