  Teavana encompasses the chain-tea store experience. Their sales associates are pushy & their presentation is generic. As a non-tea enthusiast, I though the product was fine. But I speculate the tea-connoisseur would be left saying 'meh'.

  This was quite honestly one of the worst Teavanas I've ever been in. The worker who gave us tea samples kept rolling his eyes and puffing out "irritated" sighs every time myself or my mom asked a question. The other employees didn't seem willing to help either and ignored us. Don't have samples if you don't want to share the tea and don't be so rude. I am incredibly disappointed and they will not be receiving my service again. I don't usually write angry reviews but this was awful.

  the tea is great, but expensive which means you are getting a great tea.

  Teavana seems like a great place to go to get your loose leaf tea, but it's really not, it's a chain and their sales strategies are shady, they'll try to frustrate you into purchasing larger amounts of their overpriced tea. I wouldn't recommend going here with all of the local shops offering great selection and customer service.
