  Team Extreme is a very unique place. You get personal training and amazing encouragement all for a great price. Tyrome, Bobby and the rest of the trainers have an amazing way of kicking your butt while making it fun. Every single session is something different so you never get bored. Highly recommend!!

  Best work out you'll ever get! Disclaimer- once you go here, you'll never be able to go back to your old gym. It's not team Average Joe, it's called Team Extreme for a reason. If you enjoy exercising and being healthy, you're going to be addicted.

  The staff and facilities at Team Extreme are the most welcoming and professional I have come across out of any establishment in the industry. I am a soccer coach for a 12 year girls soccer team and we use Team Extreme for all our off season training needs. I would recommend them to anyone trying to lose a few pounds to the professional athlete looking to better their game. I love it at Team Extreme
