  This businesses has transitioned and grown so much under new management. The layout is open and clean, the employees are incredibly friendly and hardworking, the product is phenomenal. Every time I come in, they always suggest something new and delicious and usually have samples of upcoming recipes. The perfect place to meet friends or study and one of my favorite places in KC

  We came in an hour before close, and everything was super. Eliza was really helpful in trying to figure out which flavors we’d like for our teas, and she was really sweet! My husband and I are wanting to get into drinking teas rather than coffee, so we asked Ty a couple questions and he was VERY helpful! We had a really great time learning from him and getting to know him. We ended up staying 10 minutes before close (sorry guys... 😬) very welcoming and warm environment. We will definitely be back soon! Thanks for your great service and time guys, you all are great!!!

  Best bubble tea in KC, hands down! I've tried at least 6 other places in the area, and Tea Drops is the most consistent with their tapioca pearls and best tasting (in my opinion). Our family has also recently enjoyed their new fruit flavored bubbles as well as their food options (still in the works, but the filled buns are good). Recently, the service has always been nice. We're knocking off a star only because of the price increase since the remodeling. Still going back for our bubble tea fix, but paying more for the same now :/
