  Zero customer service, only one or 2 tellers at a time with long lines horrible experience

  if i can choose zero star. it is really really really poor service. i wait for an hour. and no one cares. god .don't come to this bank everyone.

  Had a mix up with TD Bank so my review of the TD Corporation would not be great... But this particular branch is very helpful. Especially Suany, she was very prompt and really worked to fix my issue. Very grateful for her help!

  Cuando llegue a esta sucursal todo parecía esta bien, los cajeros eran muy agradables ,pregunte si había lista de de espera, el muchacho me dice muy amable que tome asiento y esperaba por la agente. Después de esperar un largo rato Me atendió una agente llamada AJRIJE CAZIMOVIC ,no se presentó,no cuando pregunte si había alguien que hablara español, me respondió con un indiferente "NO", Ni se molesto en preguntar si alguno de sus compañeros sabía hablar,no fue nada amable de su parte, cuando le dije por que había venido(No podía ingresar a mi cuenta de banca en linea) Me anotó un número de teléfono y me dijo que llamara a ese número,que ella no podía hacer nada.(Si hubiese podido arreglar mis problemas desde casa, me hubiese tomado la molestia de ir hasta el banco??) Después le volví a pedir que tratará de ayudarme,estaba de visita en NY y mi ingles no era muy fluente,me miro con malos ojos y me dijo que llamara al número anotado!! Cuando me retire de la sucursal me sentí mal,discriminado por parte de esta incompetente y poco servicial agente . Después me traslade a la sucursal de TD Bank En la 13Av con 46St ,llegue hasta esta sucursal y me atendió una agente llamada Sharmin Super amable desde que me recibió hasta que fui,me ofreció facilitarme el español con otro agente,me soluciono el problema que tenía para ingresar a mi cuenta ella misma y lo hizo siempre con una sonrisa en su rostro. Para resumir Si quieren ir a un TD bank más humanitario y amable con la gente vayan hasta el de la 13 Av con 46 st ,este TD Bank de la 4Av es ineficaz e incompetente,no lo recomiendo. When I arrived at this branch everything seemed fine, the tellers were very nice, ask if there was waiting list the guys tells me very kindly to take a seat and waited for the agent. After waiting a long time I attended an agent called AJRIJE CAZIMOVIC, did not appear, not when asked if there was someone who spoke Spanish, she answered with an indifferent "NO", nor bothered to ask if any of his colleagues knew how to speak, It was not kind of her when I told her why I came (I could not get into my online banking account) She wrote down a phone number and told me to call that number, that she could not do anything. If I had been able to fix my problems from home, I would have taken the trouble to go to the bank?) Then I asked him to try to help me, I'm visiting NY and my English was not very fluent, she look at bad people Eyes and told me to call the number noted !! When I retired from the branch I felt bad, discriminated against by this incompetent and unhelpful agent. Then transfer me to the branch of TD Bank On the 13Av with 46St, I arrived at this branch and I was attended by an agent named Sharmin Super friendly since he received me until I leaved, he offered to provide me the Spanish with another agent, she solved the problem that I had to enter my account herself and always did so with a smile on her face. To summarize If you want to go to a TD bank more humanity and friendly with people going to the 13 Av with 46 st, this TD Bank of the 4Av is inefficient and incompetent, I don't recommend it.
