  Fast service, loving- persons, a very welcoming feel to the bank! It really is Dog friendly! It makes you feel safe and secure about you banking there at TD Bank. It is very CONVENIENT for me considering I live not too far from the neighborhood. The office hours are uncanny! Even available on the Weekends! The young lady who helped me set up my checking and savings account, was so nice! Thoughtful and went out of her way to make sure I understood and felt confident about my decision(s) at the bank. SHES amazing at her job! And she’s the STORE MANAGER! Thank you so much! To you & to TD Bank personally!

  EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL ON ALL COUNTS Do not open any account and this bank Bank will steal the money from your account They have so many fee that you will pay at the end Do not go to this bank Any Overdraft fee 35$ Google charge me $1.99 They did not cover this amount but they charged me $35 Paypal Try to get $3.22 And again they did not cover but they charge me $35 You have to be careful uncomfortable bank I was on a vacation for 10 days When I come back I have to pay $900 only fee

  Love everybody in there they are all professionals and lovely exept stupid security that look at your eyes how you are about to open the door and he just locks the door at 6 :31 pm ..

  2 Stars only because the actual branch is ok, But as far as TD bank goes, they kick you when you are down, and dont stop kicking till you are so broke you dont know what to do. I got a 105$ overdraft fee, because i transferred a few dollars out of my account (while there was money in the account,) and then a day later, a pending charge hit, making me negative. They claimed the pending charge came out first, so i paid one overdraft for that, and 2 overdrafts for each of the 2 or 3$ transfers i made. Customer services says they cant give you back more than 2 overdraft fees a year, as if you are asking them to give you money, as opposed to asking them to just not take it from you. Closing all my accounts as soon as i can get them out of the negative.

  Terrible....super slow. 10 people in line and one teller. 2 other workers sitting behind the desks doing nothing. The least convenient bank ever!!!!
