  Gave a call to this location, Spoke with Ronald regarding a fraud purchase that was made on my account and why wasn't it stopped while charges were pending like I was told by a representative on the phone .. he cut me off and told me " Just come in and speak with the lady in the front " Totally rude, he lacks good customer service skills. You don't make any customer of a bank branch feel like you can't provide them with any information regarding THEIR MONEY. Remember, WE'RE trusting you .. I just think its completely irritating to dismiss someone without meeting their needs.

  Pathetic customer service all with irrelevant and incomplete information given by each employees of this branch including the present supervisor. query :on approval of credit card chasing the bank for a month now for a new 1st application of a credit card. the supervisor not professional and illiterate had goofed up mine & my wife account and we decided not to step this branch ever 73-14 37th Ave, Jackson Heights, NY 11372.. its close to our resident location so it makes our way easier but now we will never step this branch ever....

  The staff on weekends is always short handed. Especially the customer service reps. The "account managers" are either rude or new. Someone is always in training and the old ones are rude, especially the female manager. Their turnover rate is really high. The drive-through is probably the best way to go, if your just doing a simple deposit or withdrawal, don't bother going inside.

  This branch is dirty every day! The lines are to the door, the Security guard is nasty! They have a Business line that doesn't take regular customers, even they do not have business clients all the time. They push us back and forth like we are cattle. The worst branch ever! The tellers do not know how to perform simple operations! In the beginning was not like this, but they lost the touch 5 years ago! It's a disgrace!
